    So the nipples developed in the womb before for the genitals develop or the gender is decided. The nipples are there so in case the fetus developed into a woman she would be able to feed her offspring...I could get in-depth about it but that would be boring for all of us....

    it's a vestigal thing. we all start out female in the womb.
