Bad calorie day....followed by two more

Had grands over for 4 days, bday celebration with cake and ice cream, and when the cake was gone chocolate chip cookies with ice cream. Didn't logged 4 days in until now. The first day I marked up to an over maintenance day, following days kept telling myself I will do better the next day, it was like I already messed up one day next won't matter, and so on. then the next, and finally the last. I was out of control with the cake and icecream there.
Gotta put an end to this, this evening the scale found me with a gain of three lbs. I had been doing pretty good then bam terrible, not just for one day but several.
I have two days left til weigh in, I am trying to throw a fast in, that would be over tomorrow at lunch time.
How would you get on track and then not let it happen again

    I am a bit confused. You have posted topics almost identical to this one in the nutrition forum and in the general section not that long ago. I remember them clearly. Where you had the same suggestion of doing a fast. You had plenty of advice then, so why do you need to post again every time life happens and you eat a bit extra ?

    Your daily calorie goal is only 1,000. Maybe if you increase it and allow yourself small treats more regularly, you wouldn't overeat as much.
  • Some days it looks like you do not eat enough. I saw a few days that you ate 500 to 600 calories!
