Start, start, and restart.

I've been struggling with my weight my entire life.
About 3 months ago I went through a break up and through that close to 1 year relationship I gained almost 30lbs. I feel physically sick and I'm not as active as I use to be.
It makes me sad and I'm tired of this fluctuation.
I'm young and I'm literally done with myself harm. Yes, I consider extreme weight gain self harm. Why? Because it is. Haha.
