Hi, wake up call/starting out

About 6 months ago I got tired if getting fatter. I lost about 10 lbs and started going to the dr. To my disappointment my dr told me I was obese. I have high blood pressure, high cholesterol and pre diabetes.

**** got real. I started using fitness pal. In week 1 I dropped 3-4 lbs. now all of a sudden I'm dropping 1-2lbs a day. I'm 5 7 , 210. Started at 223 2 weeks ago.

I'm terrified it's too late and I'm going to end up with diabetes die early and miss our on my kids (2&4).

Feel like the weights dropping too fast . I have good and bad days, taking in. 1200 to 1900 cals and hitting the elliptical 30-60 mins 4-5 times a week.

Here speaking my thoughts in need if inspiration.
