It's too HOT!

We're normally around 75 -80 dgrees, but yesterday and today have been 100 :explode: I can't get myself motivated to exercise today. I don't belong to a gym, I walk or bike ride. I did ride yesterday but today seems to be a bust... Suposed to be a little cooler (90's) through the weekend and then back to normal....

    pass some of that hot weather towards michigan.. its only like 65 here

    Maybe go to the mall and walk around if one is nearby. Find somewhere indoor and do laps. And if you don't want to be tempted by shopping, don't take your purse :)

    hit the beach- swimming is a good way to switch up your routine and burn some calories and plus its fun.

    I love the heat ... its cold here today...low 60's and my heat is on again :cry: But I agree, it is hard to move in high heat ... munch on some ice cubes and turn on a fan ... then do some mild exercise for today ... walk in circles in your livingroom....or do crunches.

    I know, it gets like that here but very humid too. When that happens I just climb my stairs, or use my stairs as a step. I like them better than my step because they are higher.
