If you are a naysayer of low carb/no carb/ketosis, why the hell did you open my post .. I don't want nor am I asking for your opinion.

For the rest of us ...

I'm starting no carb/ketosis/atkins induction today ... have a wedding I'd like to lose 100 lbs for ... looking for like minded people.
