I struggle everyday because I think that my body hasn't changed at all.This is me at 156 pounds a year ago vs 148 pounds, after 5 months of running.

    stop running and start weight training/lifting....ur legs look more toned up

    More definition in your legs"after" and there is a hint of a muffin top in the "before" picture - don't give up!

    tighter clothes would be better for seeing the results, but I do see them anyway! your legs and middle body look slimmer :)
