I love bread, i love the smell of it i love baking it but most of all i love eating it.

Since starting to track my food i have noticed i eat a HUGE amount of bread.

What sort of things can i substitute in for bread|? I generally have sandwiches at work for lunch and i snack on just bread and butter.

Need healthy tasty options that i can have instead.

Any suggestions very greatly appreciated.

    Hmmm, try eating wraps instead? Or a lower calorie bread? Even those will only do so much. You need to find things other than bread to enjoy. Like fruits, and veggies. You'll get the same amount of carbs from those types of food. So that may help the cravings.

    Natures Own makes a line of bread (white wheat, 9 grain, etc.) that is only 35 calories a slice. It is the lowest Calorie bread I have found and it is still good.
