Hello All!
I'm back again. I feel so wishy-washy!
This is my- I don't even know how many times- attempt to finally get this weight off.
Quick tid bit about me-
A little over a year ago, I graduated from college. That's how long it's been- a year. And i put on 30 lbs. I have terrible metabolism- I watch what I eat very closely but if i don't exercise, too- the weight goes on.
In 2012, I ran a half marathon. First time ever- I trained for it in 3 months and completed it.
At that time I was a size 2, 130 lbs. Perfect for me- I was very happy with my body. I rode horses almost every day and had a job working at the barn that required me to always be moving and lifting something.
Now- I'm up to a size 6/8 (UGH) and about 160 lbs. I'm not tall- just naturally more bulky/muscular than most girls- so 130 looks good on me.
I go to the gym 3/4 times a week, and just completed my first 5k of the summer. I don't have the funds to ride anymore, and I have a sedentary desk job. I'm taking classes so studying has to come first over everything- along with my full time job and class 8 hours a week....
But I need help. Size 8? Ugh. When I have the ability to be in a size 2?! Even a 4 would make me happy/
any support would be helpful!
Thank you!
