Thank you all!!!

I want to say thank you to all of you for inspiring me. I started my journey on June 1st. I started at 239 and Im currently down to 191. Im very strict on my diet and I walk atleast 4 miles a day. Most weekends I'll do 8-12 miles. I gave up my 5 can of pop and my 2 candy bars a day. I currently try to eat 1200 calories a day. I feel tons better and you all have inspired me with your posts. With that said....Thank You!!!
