Adding cardio and eating back calories

Hi All,
I'm currently working off of a 2000 calorie a day cut and losing 1 to 2 lbs a week which I'm happy with.
I currently do 1 or 2 cardio trips to the gym a week, 3 weight sessions and 1 or 2 low intensity trips (basically I do 6 trips to the gym a week).
Q1. If I want to start doing Spin classes 1 or 2 a week without cutting my current schedule I'm sure I will use muscle glycogen so I will lose muscle mass, I want to avoid this.....so would I if I wanted to add the activity need to eat back the calories done by the spin class or is their a high protein high carb mixture which will stop muscle wastage or diminishing?
Many thanks in advance.
Thanks,
Paul

I'd say just eat a bit more on days that you know you are burning more calories and you should be fine.0
