Hi everyone,
So I go away in 6 weeks time and would like to look the best that I can in this small space of time without doing anything drastic!
Any good tips for me?
Currently I do weight lifting and cardio 5 times a week for an hour each time.... thinking of eating around 1800 a day.... i have quite a physical job...6-7 hours of walking around in work.
I'm 5ft 8, 158lbs, 23, female if anyone is interested.
Am i doing it right? Should I change anything?
thanks in advance! x

Calculate your TDEE, subtract between 200-600 calories per day and eat accordingly. I'm not sure where you got the 1800 figure. Buy a scale and track your food. Use MFP to monitor your progress. You may want to set your goals to ~5-6lbs total weight loss within that 6 week time period. The slower you lose fat, the better you'll look when you decide to start eating at maintenance again.
And try and remember that this isn't s sprint, it's a long, slow, arduous, painstaking process that takes a lot of time and effort in order to achieve good results.0 -

Yeah 1800 is roughly my TDEE -20%, this works better for me as I'm never sure whether the exercise I log is accurate or not. Yeah I'm not looking for a massive weight loss in this time, just a few pounds and hopefully look a bit tighter in places! thanks0
