I have just bought my first 10 min solution dvd and got the one with the resistance band. I am just wondering if 10 mins a day is going to be enough? I usually run 3 times a week then do 2 exercise dvds on my non running days then have 2 days rest but I am hoping to fit in a day of just doing at least one of these 10 min solutions alongside my hill running which I have just started, but will this be enough? I don't feel like I have done a lot this week (so far ran twice - third time is tomorrow, did 6 mins of hill running on monday - was my first try and then just did a 10 min arm and shoulder work out today, I just feel like for a weeks worth that is pretty rubbish) should I be doing more?

If 10 mins was the solution to getting fit, who wouldn't be at 12% body fat with abs of steel? Just the people that only had 9 mins to spare?
Your Hill running sounds great but try pairing it with a more complete resistance training solution0 -

Enough for what? What's your goal? If it is just weight loss, then the main focus is going to just be eating at a deficit. If you are looking to increase endurance, strength, and stamina, then yes, you'd probably need more. *points to what DavPul said*0 -
All the 10 Minute Solutions dvds have five 10 minute workouts on the DVD, and say you can do one or more (up to all five) at a time depending on how much time you have. Doing a 10 minute workout is better than doing nothing. But obviously, the more you do, the more cals you burn and the more muscles you work.
So it really depends on your goals, and what else you are doing. If you are trying to build strength through resistance training, I would probably two or three of the workouts a day and see how you feel after a few weeks. If you can do more than one, do more!0 -
The 10 Minute Solutions DVDs are usually great to get in something quick. I like to use them but normally do at least 20 minutes. It seems like 10 minutes only gets you started. One of the DVDs that I have, I pick the kickboxing and another cardio. I agree that depending on your goal(s) will determine if doing the 10 minutes is enough.0
