Worked 67 hours this week. Going through a custody and support battle for my kid and I just have no energy to workout whatsoever. Anyone been in this boat before? I dont feel like moving. I went from running 9 miles a week and lifting 6 days a week for a few years to now finding it hard to even move. I guess just life is happening right now, but it feels like I'm giving up on my exercise. I still eat good and watch my calories. Ive actually been losing weight from walking about 10 miles a day on concrete in boots at work. My knees, legs, and back are destroyed lol.
