What results have you had with Hip-Hop Abs?

I'm thinking about getting Hip Hop Abs and I'm just interested in hearing about results anyone has had with it. I'm not necessarily looking to have six pack abs but I do want something fun that will get me sweating. I'm sort of a noob when it comes to excercise and intense workouts so I'm also wondering about the intensity... Is it too much for a beginner? Thanks in advance to everyone who responds

I believe it is doable. I have the DVDs and before my surgery I would use the "Ab Sculpt" and "Fat Burning Cardio" as well as Leslie Sansone's walking DVDs each morning, Monday thru Friday. I lost a lot of weight and could fit into clothing that I hadn't in years. I would do between 15 to 30 minutes. On the mornings that I could get in 15 minutes before work, I would do another exercise session after work. In conjunction with portion control, I lost a good deal of weight. So set your goals and develop your exercise plan and adjust as you go. Good luck! Friend me if you like. :happy:0
