recipes anyone? I just bought one today and can use a little guidance

I flipping love this stuff. I poke holes and microwave it just so I can cut it without wounding myself, then cut it in slices put a bit of oil and whatever seasonings will go with dinner and roast it.
I like both Cajun spiced and garlic and thyme the best.0 -
I love it baked with some butter, salt and pepper. Or you can cut it up (cooked) and put stuff on it like spaghetti sauce, alfredo or whatever you like. I've even made it into cake but that's probably not going to help you diet.
There are plenty of recipes online.
