INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp Fine Oatmeal
1 Ripe Banana
1 tsp Clear Honey
1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
4 tbsp Natural Plain Yogurt

METHOD

1. Place oatmeal in a blender and pour in 125ml / 4 floz of boiling water and let stand for 10 minutes.

2. Add remaining ingredients with 125ml / 4 floz of cold water and blend until smooth.

3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
