TDEE - Help with my activity and calories?

Hello all, I'm trying to calculate my TDEE, but I need help with figuring out what is my activity level with the training plan I've prepared for myself.
I've decided to do Body Revolution/Insanity hybrid. The plan is instead of doing BR's cardio workouts to do Insanity. During my BR workouts which are 30ish minutes long I usually burn around 300-350 calories; during Insanity which are around 40-45 minutes long I burn respectively 400-500 calories (depends on how much I push myself). Every now and then I'd devote an hour or two of biking on the weekends; My job is IT related, so you can say it's desk with hardly any movement.
About me - 27, female, 74kg, 171cm tall. I'm using scooby's calculator and depending on whether I put in light or moderate activity I get 1700ish to 1900ish calories with my TDEE-20%. So... Am I moderately or lightly active?
Also, on days when I do not workout - should I still intake the TDEE-20% or less or more?
