How many calories should I eat on work out days?

** TLDR; How many calories should I eat on work out days in order to be able to add weight each session, while trying to lose weight? How does my routine look? Any suggestions on how to get over myself and get rid of gym nerves? Can anyone recommend a decent free app to track my work outs? **
First off I'll give you my stats so you have an idea of what you're working with.
I'm just under 5 ft 6 (166cm) and weigh 132 lbs (60.1 kg). In the last 4 months I've successfully lost 18lbs and would like to lose 5 more.
Joined a new gym last week. Booked a one on one session with trainer to make sure I was performing all the exercises with correct form and now I'm ready to go.
Tomorrow I start new routine in a new gym and will be lifting 3 times a week and aim to add weight every/every other work out. How many calories should I be eating a day to fuel my work outs, stimulate muscle growth and promote fat loss?
A trainer at the gym said around 1900. How does that sound? What would you ladies recommend?
I've been away from the gym for a while due to financial reasons and moving to a different country. So I'm start from scratch with the bar (20kg). My routine will include:
Barbell or Dumbell Bench Press 20kg 3 x 10
Stiff Leg Deadlift 20kg 3 x 10
Barbell Squat 20kg 3 x 10
Barbell Row 20 kg 3 x 10
Clean and Press 15 kg 3 x 10
Push ups BW 3 x 10 (should I do sets with this? or just try to do more each session?)
Plank 30 secs
How much weight should I be expecting to be able to add each session? Should I expect to add weight every session in fact or every other?
I had a similar routine in the gym before and I lost weight and gained muscle but I could never increase my weight on certain exercises, now I imagine because I wasn't eating enough calories (is this true?) Although I was hitting my macros. But 1500 and lifting doesn't sound right anymore. I'm quite embarrassed to think I was trying to lift heavy weights on such a measily diet.
Thanks in advance! I've gone from a tiny student gym in a foreign country where no one knew me to a huge gym in the middle of my university town in my home country. It's big and it's loud and I have mega gym shyness and am really worried that everyone is going to be making fun of me if I make a mistake or if I have poor form. I know this is silly because when I'm in the gym I think "see how you're not paying attention to anything other than you're work out? that's what everyone else is doing, stop being so stupid!" but it's tough. Sometimes I walk into the weight room see if filled with nothing but huge men and get nervous that by using squat rack I'm waisting their time or something stupid. I'm sure I'll get over this once I'm familiar with my routine but for the time being it's still daunting. Hopefully I'll find a gym buddy soon. Any advice on getting over yourself?
