When are your most active days?

I'm consistently way more active on the weekends.
Which proves to me if I never had to work again I'd be in AWESOME shape!:smile:

    Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Those are the days I go in to the office (I work from home Tuesdays and Fridays), and the gym is in our office building. So on those days I'll go to two classes at the gym (sometimes three- lunch and two after work) and do strength training. On those days it's common for me to burn over 1000 calories. I still work out on the other days but not as much

    I wish I had a gym at my work, I commute a fair distance so on some work days I don't get much exercise at all. The weekends are my opportunity to do stuff:smile:

    Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
    I do 2 hours of boxing class on Tuesdays and Thursdays and on Saturday, I generally do an hour boxing class followed by elliptical trainer and weights. I also walk 5 miles those days.

    Monday thru Friday and sometimes Saturday, Sundays are my rest day, I'm lucky if I get a 2 miles of walking in (wear a fitbit). :happy:

    Monday through Thursday and Saturday. Sunday is usually a rest day unless I do something like hiking. Friday I may or may not do cardio and some weights after work. The active days are high intensity classes.

    everyday but saturday. i easily make it to 10K steps on the other days, most days i make the goal before my workout.

    saturdays are rest days but i do usually end up walking 1.5 to the grocery store
