Healthy snacks?

What are your go-to healthy snacks? I normally just eat mixed nuts (almonds, cashews), apples, pretzels, multi grain cheerios and almond milk, or the occasional Kind granola bar.

I'm looking for other ideas because I'm ALWAYS hungry a few hours after dinner and want to stray away from the processed foods if I can.

Home-made ice lolly made from fresh fruit juice. I usually have a few if these in the freezer for the kids and find them handy for a snack as they take a while to eat. Low in calories as you only use a small amount of juice to make them.
