Water Weight?

Hey guys

I've been on here for just under a month and I've managed to loose 7lbs! :)

But i've looked at the body and I see no difference at all. My huge stomach isn't a little easier to carry round, my thighs aren't that little bit less 'mobile' and i'm still wearing sizes 14-16 (i'm 5ft before you say that's not so bad)

Is it just water weight? will I put it all back on?

Here's my usual schedule:

1. I eat 3 meals a day, sometimes snacking in between
2. I eat in a 1000-1200 calorie range
3. I exercise moderately/hard atleast 4 days a week (sometimes 6) in cardio I burn around 550-700 calories) but I also do 3 days of strength and lifting including arm,back,legs and glutes.

Help! :( is my schedule not effective?

    As you start to lose weight you shed it from the top down, meaning you will lose width in your neck and arms and bust before you stomach and thighs.

    Are you measuring with a measuring tape? Sometimes, it helps as you'll see very minor but relevant changes
