6 Months and down 25lbs, What a difference! (Pics)

I started my journey on MFP January of this year, weighing at 219 lbs I HAD to do something. Now 6 months down the line and OFFICIALLY under 200lbs in the first time in over 2 years I am finally beginning to feel better about myself. I took these during pictures early this month and all I can say is WOAH! I am almost halfway through my journey and I can't thank you all enough for giving me such amazing support. I hope I can inspire others to start their journey on their weight loss and KEEP GOING!

So here is me Before (January 2014 at 219lbs) And progress (August 2014 194lbs)

Hey! I'm only 5'0 so perhaps my height has something to do with it x I walk my dog every day (besides weekends) for up to 45-60 minutes at a time. I eat light versions of ready meals so I still have my chips, rice and curries, lasagnas, pies and yummy chocolate brownie pots! xxxx I am going to start to tone my muscles now since I feel the need to tighten up my legs and abs xxx
  • You look amazing!! Today is my first day on MFP and you have been a great encouragement to me!! Thanks!

Me: at least 40 minutes jgging, ONLY light food, no added sugar, no added fats(no pizza, no chips, no chocolate, no cookies), cca 5 pounds in 6 month.
Is that an usual or unusual result and in what means?

    many thanks!!!

    height 5, 3
