Freezer meals?

I have prepared some pasta but it has not frozen quite well, I tried with chicken but it turned out dry :frown:

Any tips to prevent freezing problems and/or easy to freeze meals I can whip up on a sunday and have for the rest of the week?

Pinterest, pinterest, PINTEREST! There are tons of websites that have wonderful easy recipes!

My repertoire of meals that freeze well:

Chicken casserole dishes (coq au vin, chicken tagine, curry chicken)
Ma Po To Fu (some people don't like the change in texture of tofu once frozen, if so, freeze the meat mixture and add the tofu later)
Pasta sauces (homemade pesto, puttanesca sauce, homemade tomato sauce, bolognese sauce)
Stews (estouffade, beef stew)
Meatballs (cooked, then frozen)

I don't have any experience with freezing starchy carbohydrates.
