Using fit it with my fitness pal - help

I just started using my fitness pal with fit bit and have allowed for fit bit to make calorie adjustments. I enter all my food and exercise in my fitness pal and let fit bit track my steps. I'm looking for insight/advice on accuracy and how best to use this combination of tools! Thanks in advance.

Hi check by going to ''Groups'' and search for '' Fitbit users'' you can get best help there even by just reading some of the people posts...good luck :flowerforyou:
