how do i stop panicking over high cal foods/ not exercising?

Whenever i try to up my portion or intake i freak out. Everything gets twisted out of proportion in my head, i feel so guilty over the tiniest things and refuse to allow myself to eat things like crisps, chocolate etc.. even though im gaining weight and all my friends happily eat them too excess without caring/ being overweight. im terrified of ever treating myself and i have no idea what normal portions are anymore. I never feel like i do enough exercise and if i ever miss a day then i feel SO guilty. I haven't had a period in 2 years, i weigh around 42kg and am about 5 foot 5 ish

Go to a doctor or a therapist. You have an eating disorder.

You're dangerously skinny (assuming you're an adult). Seek professional help (medical and mental health). And stop logging.

    Best of luck.

You need professional help… From a medical doctor and a psychiatrist who specializes in eating disorders.

Calm down, take a deep breath. You and only you are in control of your decisions. Don't worry about your friends who seemingly can eat anything????? Don't feel guilty for not exercising enough. Relax. Love yourself. If you find yourself stuck then seek help from someone you trust and respect. That someone may be a doctor or a parent. I wish you all the best, just RELAX!

Yes I'm sorry to say honey but you definitely have a problem - a distorted view which needs to be addressed or you will always be in turmoil and fighting against yourself like this.

I know it sounds scary, but if you just talk to your GP and then have some honest conversations with a specialist, you will find a freedom and a peace that I'm sure you would like.
