T25 what do you think???

Gonna commit... Gonna go finish..... Should I comitt to this..... Or recommend something better

  • T25 is a great program! Well, I have to admit I only did the first part of the program fully, alpha, but it's most definitely worth it. I would recommend repeating alpha section a couple times before moving on to beta. Also, if you're looking to go ham the first time through the program, think again. Moving from Alpha section to Beta without the proper endurance is going to lead to a whole new world of pain. Don't be scared, though! If you take your time with alpha until you feel super fit and then move to beta, this program will give you superhuman results. However, during the last week's of alpha be prepared to sleep at least 8 hours a night and take a recovery drink after every workout. I'm going to level with you, this isn't easy. It's timed conveniently, but it can also be a complete prick of a program. Commit! Alpha results were out of this world and I can't wait until I can tackle beta and become superhuman!
