Good Weight?

I'm 5'3/5'4 and I was wondering what a good weight for my height is? I think a good one is around 100, maybe a couple lbs lower. But I know most don't agree with me. Any suggestions (especially with pics) would be helpful. Thanks

I'm 5'3.5" 120 lbs (and gaining) and will never dip below 115 lbs, personally. Being underweight isn't healthy for you. If you're unhappy with the mirror. I highly suggest ignoring the scale and focusing on mirror and measurements. Pick up a heavy lifting routine with a barbell and lose weight slowly to increase odds of retaining lean body mass. As you become leaner, scale weight really becomes a useless number in terms of progress. I've gained about 6 lbs from my lowest point but my measurements haven't budged much.0

Thank you for the suggestion. I've been on vacation (and unable to weigh) and that's helped some, but I just feel like even my measurements are huge. What are good measurements (roughly) to have at this height?0 -
100 lbs is really low for being 5' 3" - 5' 4". The lowest you should go at that height is probably 105, but even then you'd be nearly unhealthily thin at that point. 115 - 120 is more like where you should aim for. And yes, measurements are more important than the scale, because you could be light but have little muscle strength/definition and instead have more fat (you still won't look overweight at 115 - 120, though, even without muscle definition -- you'll just have more soft, fatty spots).0
