I had some Salt and Pepper Potato Wedges from Morrisons tonight, cooked from frozen.
Which led me to the question, do I weigh them before or after cooking? They were about 290g before cooking, after they were 180g. That's a lot of weigh lost in the cooking process so I'm not sure how to log them?
Thanks for any help

Usually the weight on the bag is for precooked foods so I would weigh before. The weight lost would be water from the potatoes.0
