biscuits

Was shocked when I logged 2 biscuits (pepperidge farms) and saw how much sodium was in them. My husband's favorite dish is biscuits and sausage gravy and expected the sausage to have a lot of sodium but wasn't expecting the biscuits to have a lot of sodium.
If I were to make them from scratch.....how difficult is it? Would there be less sodium?
Not that I eat biscuits all of the time...just curious.

Super easy recipe for homemade baking powder biscuits.
You can also add shredded extra sharp cheddar, parmesan or herbs.
