Halogen Ovens - How and what do you cook?? :))

I have on order a Halogen oven and I'm wondering what do you all use yours for Would love to find out some tasty healthy recipes I did check on the net but found nothing :noway: I also checked the forum but only found baked potatoes

Also the one I have ordered doesn't come with a cookbook :grumble: so if you could also recommend a good recipe book that would be great too :drinker: I looked on Ebay but there are too many to chose from lol

i had to google what that is but... Cauliflower gratin. That is what i am full of now - lots of fiber!

My mother has one. She uses it more than a normal oven..she cooks everything in it...A rack comes with it, so when she cooks chicken, all the fat drips into a container
