diet challenge?

So I was challenged today by a customer of mine at work to a challenge.
For the next three weeks I have to drink a gallon of water a day, no white sugar or white flour, and half of my meals and all of my snacks have to be fruits or vegetables.
Would anyone be interested in joining this with me? She said it changes a bit in three weeks. But this is how you start.

If a different customer comes in tomorrow and challenges you to drink two pots of coffee a day and eat nothing but unseasoned 80%/20% ground beef for a month, are you going to do that too?0

I'm not drinking quite that much water unless I'm outside in the hot sun doing day labor (at which point I'll have a whole new world of issues with my lower back). I work hard to get my nutrients from food, a gallon of water every day whether I need it or not sounds like a recipe for peeing them all out.0
