challenging myself to journal

Oh my gosh, I so fell off the wagon. For almost 2 whole weeks
. I am not proud of myself at all. Somehow I still managed to lose two pounds.
I am challenging myself to Journal every little bite of food that goes into my mouth for a week in an effort to get myself back on track. It seems to me that the journaling really keeps me on task. In fact I really look forward to it everyday. (weird I know)
Join me if you would like to.
1. Journal every day for one week.
2. Exercise 3 days.
3. Hit the water goal daily.

Hi,
Good luck with your challenge - and I am sure that will help you get back on track. I know I only lose weight on the weeks that I keep my journal strictly and drink plenty of water.
