Boy am I HAPPY Goals for the week

I dont know what it is, but I woke up today in a AWESOME mood. I am determined I am motivated and yes I am going to do this.

My Goals for this week

BODY
2 miles a day with Leslie Sansone
30 minutes of Dancing
5 min every morning of running up and down my steps
4 100 yd dashes every day (the neighbors think im nuts)
2 Pilates Classes
1 Yoga Class

Sodium Flush
Add fruit and veggie to every meal ( even breakfast)
Cut The ham sandwiches :)


MIND
Continue to post on MFP and stay current with my blog
Meditate everyday
Limit my Internet Addiction
Order the Kaballah Courses

Spirit
Pay it Forward Mission
Kaballah classes
Yoga

    heh. I do sprints about once a week too. I know my neighbors think I'm a kook, but I dont care. It's cool to get finished and let my GPS calculate the miles I ran at such a high speed. There is about two minutes rest between them, but it still usually adds up to between 1.5 and 2.5 miles of fast fast fast. :D

    To too !! and I'm super excited about.

    My goals right now tend to be more house cleaning focused but I think that so I have all the little stuff out of the way so I can work on food and exercise the rest of the week.

    I don't know what the week holds but I am thankful for a day in which all feels right in the world.

    awesome goals, thinking bout starting some yoga, checked a book out, so far glancing threw it is as far as i have gotten
