Looking for a bit of help, I've just got a kettlebell and started home workouts with it. When looking in both the Strength and Cardio logging sections of the app, I can't find any kettlebell exercises?
I'm not too fussed about logging each move specifically but would quite like to just enter say 30 min workout. Am I missing something about where to log it?
This is all just in the meantime until I buy a heart rate monitor.
Cheers!

I think most people do it as circuit training. But remember, kettlebells aren't a workout, they're a tool. Just like you won't find an entry for barbells or dumbbells but the individual exercises (squat, bench press, etc.), it's the same deal with kettlebells. That said, there does seem to be a dearth of kettlebell-specific exercises like swings and Turkish getups.0

That makes sense, I don't think it's really worth logging them for the calories but I was just curious in case I was missing something!
Thanks!'0
