Military Boot Camp!!

Who is with me? I am currently getting myself ready for boot camp, which means lots of running and strength training! Everyone seems to want to "loose" weight, but how about all over building a better body? I would like to have a support group whether you just want to work out hard core, or you are doing what I am.... I guess we will see where this takes us.
My workout schedule is
Monday & Wednesdays I do extreme personal training for an hour and run 3 miles
Tuesdays & Thursdays I take a cycling/ abs class
Fridays are my strength training days and I run 3 miles
Saturdays and Sunday I am running 3 miles one day and doing cardio
I am curious to what other people are doing

Good luck!!
My husband is in military, though he went to boot camp back in 2008.
The thing that helped him the most was doing the 100 Push Ups // 200 Sit Ups programs (I would also do the 200 Squats, but that wasn't out when DH went) on repeat until he left. He was able to pass the push ups and sit ups the day he got there, which helped him immensely he said.0
