Dilemma

So, when I exercise a lot, like I did today, it gives me so many calories to eat, that at the end of the day, I end up going, now what? I know that I am supposed to eat my exercise calories, but sometimes that decision for me means that I can either eat something healthy that WON"T fulfill my calories, or eat something unhealthy that has enough calories in it but is not good for me, and I can't help but think it's better to eat the healthy foods and not hit my calorie goals? I LOVE MFP. But I am getting frustrated with this problem.

    Plan, plan, plan, plan!

Plan your day in the morning, what you'll eat, exercise, etc. so you're not caught like that with lots of calories to go in the evening.

I would ONLY worry about it is you where WAAAAAAAAAAAAY under your calories for the day.
If you are hungrey and want a piece of fruit. then eat that.
Do not think that if you are under by ANY amount, that you are starving your body.
This is ONLY the case if you are WAY under.
