The 12 Pounds of Christmas! - End of Week Five

I can't believe how fast this week zoomed by. I had high hopes which were all dashed by a fall, only had one heart pounding workout (pre fall) and then one "gentle" workout. Things are still sore, but I think I'm ready for some more action. I'm looking forward to a new week with NO injuries! My weight is 1 pound up, but that also might have something to do with a potluck Christmas Party last night. So, am I going to make the entire 12 pound goal, probably not, but I sure can keep on trying!
So, my goals again for this week are:
(1) water, water, water
(2) 5 workouts burning 400 cal's each
Good luck my MFPals! I hope that you all have a good week!

Well, I am down 1.6 lbs. this week (for a total of 3.6 lbs.) ....although I had gained 3 lbs. back after Thanksgiving (so, I guess technically, I'm still up 1.4 lbs.). BUT, I do feel good after this week. I've finished the 30 Day Shred, and have started 2 more Jillian Michaels DVDs: No More Trouble Zones & Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism. They are kicking my butt and hopefully getting rid of some unwanted FAT!
My goal for this week: To drop 1.4 lbs, and be back to 127 lbs.0 -
I am down two pounds this week. I am super excited! At the gym, we are doing a weight loss challenge as well and I am in the top ten highest percentage weight loss overall! I'm #6
So exciting! Also this week, i decided I would stop fantasizing about being a runner and actually give it a try. I downloaded a training schedule, as I overdo it every time I try to start running and hate it. Here is the website: http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml. I recommend it. I have completed week three and look forward to starting week 2.
My goals for the week: 1) Water, water, water, like HD said! 2) Keep running! 3) Keep rocking at my food diary!0 -
I'm down a pound from last Sunday...but due to tom i'm still up .5 ...mid weed I often weigh less than my weigh in day...happen to anyone else? I hope to be down to 154 next Sunday
) and a slow loss is becoming a reality for me. But i hope this is the last time slimming down so, I guess it doesn't matter & then maintenance kicks in, which is just as hard.
when i started 5 weeks ago i weighed 161, today, 156.5...4.5 pound loss ;o)
Keep up the great work girls!0 -

Losing inches is great! A change in shape is indicative of some good things happening! Way to go!0

That's fantastic! That's as big a success as any weight loss! You can actually see the inches lost, but the numbers on the scale only show when you're standing on the scale! Great job!0 -
no loss no gain. im ok w that. i just want to get to 139 lol just to be in the 130s0
