Does anyone else hate the feeling of running becuase they can feel their more "meaty" parts jiggling?? i CANT STAND IT! It almost deters me from running at all! and it hurts! help!

    Run with a really supportive sports bra and get some tight pants to keep your booty in check! Hehe my trainer always comments on my butt going up and down but she says it looks great!!

    Definitely get a supportive bra...im an E and I cant even imagine running with out a supportive bra...I recommend the Under Armor front zip high impact ones (about $60). Also even though many people are leery of spandex...it is actually very supportive (and can be warm). Most importantly, running shoes that are appropriate for you are a MUST! Once you get running the jiggle will eventually go away! Just start slow and have some motivational music (or a buddy) with you. YOU can do this!

    my mom once told me that wherever jiggles is what you are burning off when you exercise :P

    I totally understand. I've still got a nice handful of fat and skin I can grab on my belly and when I run it jiggles and bounces and freaks me out. SOOO I strap that stuff in!! I got a couple super supportive tanks that I wear to keep my tummy in check. :bigsmile:
