    Good day, all have lost 12 lbs to date since starting! Hired a personal trainer and am doing a circuit to improve flexibility and back musculature. SInce watching calorie intake and measuring food I am way more aware of how much extra food I was eating and that my body did not need.

    Tip from my experience: give yourself a cheat day each week where you just 'give in' but don't give up on the rest of the week!

    I am also in Alberta ... but hail from Saskatchewan!

    I lost 60 pounds five years ago on Weight Watchers and slowly let the weight creep back on (I LOVE food!). I am determined to make a permanent lifestyle change this time around and find both the tools and community here very helpful and motivating!!!!
