I got the idea from somewhere to mix lowfat cottage cheese with dry onion mix. Then I eat it on mini cheddar rice cakes. 16oz of cottage cheese to about 3/4 pack dry onion soup mix, you could use the whole pack if you wanted I thought it was a little much though. Some of the girls at work have tried it and suggested mixing the cottage cheese with taco seasoning or a fiesta ranch packet. But it is really good!

This does sound good. I am not a chips and dip kinda person, on occasion I may munch a lil at a sports party or something but thats when I allow myself the real deal, cause I dont wanna be "one of those girls"...but this is a GREAT alternative0

My mom used to make a veggie dip with cottage cheese, sour cream and a package of dry hidden valley ranch dip. It was awesome, i bet if you omitted the sour cream it would taste good.0

that sound really good! I am always looking for lighter snack alternatives, my husband and I have movie night once a week, I used to eat chips and dip, brownies, crescent rolls with chive and cream cheese and bacon in the middle.....wow.....i haven't found an alternative to the crescent rolls, but I did get a 88 calorie brownie recipe off the national body challenge website, it was awesome, my husband didn't even know the were "diet" brownies!!0 -
