Ads for foods I entered in my diary...

Has anyone else noticed this? The ads on this site actually fish for our diary info or something... Pretty much every time I enter a food, or look for some nutrition info in the database, or heck I mention something in a forum post, an ad pops up. Like this morning I had a Yoplait yogurt... logged it... 10 minutes later I got an ad for Yoplait yogurts.
It's just scary.
