Symptoms by % of body weight water loss during exercise...

Being that it is summer and I have seen some questions/posts from MFP friends and others, I thought I would post up a handy guide for all to consult that talks about the symptoms one feels during various percentages of body weight water loss and exercise in the heat with all the sweat we lose. Nothing to get alarmed about if you drop 1-2% and it can all be regulated with SaltStick Cap, Endurolytes, hydration, etc...
