Rodney Yee;s DVDs are great. Available on Amazon.0

DDP Yoga Is great (used to be called Yoga for Regular Guys). I really enjoy it and it is a hybrid of yoga and rehab. Decent cardio workout because of "dynamic resistance" with minimal joint impact.

Rodney Yee's Yoga Burn or Power Yoga DVDs. Low impact, good for recovery, but you still get a good burn.0

Recovery from what? Do you mean something to do on your off days? What are you looking for?0
