Yesterday morning, I ran 2 miles without stopping!! I know this may seem like a small distance BUT it is HUGE for me!! Keep in mind that I am 225 lbs and still have about 65 more lbs to lose, but I DID it!! Yay!!!! :glasses:

If I can do it, anyone can do it!

That's great! That's not that small of distance. I'll be counting it as a major NSV when I'm able to run 1 mile without stopping - if I survive doing it. Keep up the good work.
