Friends Please Hashimotos & Insulin resistant

HI I am new to MFP an its working well! I am a 44 yr old with Hoshimoto's of 15 plus yrs . In the last year I have been on a roller coaster ride because they took my med off the shelf. I have had a hard time getting settled on a new dose of new meds. I ended up changing Dr.s an she found that I am now ALSO insulin resistant ... Now I have shed unwanted pounds in the last month , its sorta shocking! Its a good thing! BUT ..

New 40 30 30 diet is not fun and I am working hard to stay off any other meds! Still fine tuning it all out ...

Looking for Friends with my issues.. It will be very helpful!!
