Trying the plant based diet

After weeks of research and all I decided to not wait any more, I have been on all these diets, low carb, high fat, high protein, all these highs and lows and I couldn't stick with any of them. The only diet I ever did and enjoyed was when I went raw for a few days. It was not a lifestyle change, I needed to lose fast in January and I did. But now I want to make this a lifestyle.

If you are living this lifestyle and you are active and supportive and crave meat sometimes but choose not eat it for one reason or another, please add me.

all the diets you listed are fad diets, including plant based, that have been shown here time and time again to fail. going vegetarian or vegan is fine but if its for anything but moral reasons then it probably isnt for you. you can gain weight eating only veggies

instead, try counting calories, and eating whatever you want as long as it fits into your daily allotment
