YouTube workout...is it enough?

I just came across the Befit channel on YouTube. Let me just say, I hate working out. These are very short workouts that I think I can handle. I am wondering is this enough? I am good with my calories and eating right. I am more focused on losing inches rather than pounds. If it's not enough, what should I add? Thank you!
