Gingerbread cookies

Hello!
Everyone here seems to have great recipes, and i need help!
I have recently taken to advertising my baking abilities online, offering to bake Christmas treats for people in my city, i got my first order today, YAY!
One of the things i was asked about was gingerbread cookies for decorating. I have made them before, but can't seem to find a recipe. I checked Kraft, the only recipe they have has some REALLY bad reviews...so that is a no go. I did the Google search, but the ones i found seem meh (one took 7 cups of flour, and only made 2.5 dozen!!! Yikes!!)

So, does anyone have any really good gingerbread boy recipes? It doesn't matter if it is low-cal, etc. it's not for me! :-) Anything goes!

I love "eileen's spicy" gingerbread cookies on allrecipes.com, and it's the one I use if I'm making cut out gingerbread cookies (my kids like them, too!)
