Just looking to get healthier

Hey All, I'm a first-time user on here. I'm just looking to get healthier, my pants are starting to get a little snug and I would like to drop a few pounds of course, but I just want to be more fit. The worst thing I do is snack (badly) out of boredom or stress, and I know I have to end that, and would love some support out there! If anyone knows of any low-cal snacks/meals that will fill me up, that would be amazing if you could share!
